As soon as we began planning for childbirth, we realized that we wanted to give birth abroad. After reviewing various clinics in Europe, my husband and I decided on the Swiss Bethanien clinic. What appealed to us was that they have been specializing in obstetrics for over a hundred years. Visually, it was like an elite complex, which was exactly what I wanted - to avoid a hospital atmosphere. In this way, we combined relaxation and childbirth in Switzerland. After giving birth, I stayed in the clinic for two more weeks.
