Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted virus in the world. There are over 200 types of HPV, with about 40 affecting the genital area. HPV Transmission <\/strong><\/h2>\n

While HPV infection often occurs during vaginal, anal, or oral sex, it's not the only way the virus spreads.
