The science of longevity on Lake Geneva
Nescens is a centre for cellular rejuvenation and regenerative medicine on the Clinique de Genolier campus, overlooking Lake Geneva. Its personalised programmes combine the latest advances in longevity science with the philosophy “Build on the past, optimize the present, and maximize the future”.
The flagship technology is the Elixir Stem Cell Journey: a gentle harvest of the patient’s own (autologous) fat tissue, from which three personalised elixirs — Sculpting, Sublimating and Deep — are produced to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards in partnership with the Swiss biotechnology laboratory Swiss Stem Cell Biotech (SSCB). The elixirs can be cryopreserved in Switzerland for up to 30 years.
The programmes were developed under the scientific direction of Professor Jacques Proust, a pioneer in the biology of ageing, and are delivered by a team led by Dr Sophie Menkes, an internationally renowned specialist in regenerative aesthetic medicine. The four programmes — ORIGIN, ELEVATE, ULTIMATE and RESET — last 2 to 11 days and include a stay in a lake-view Junior Suite at Nescens in Genolier, access to the spa, pools and fitness centre of La Réserve Genève, and personal medical support.
