Clinique Les Alpes occupies a historic Alpine château near the village of Les Avants, high above Montreux, with views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. The clinic is licensed by the Department of Health and Social Action of the Canton of Vaud (DSAS) and operates on a fully residential basis with round-the-clock medical supervision.
The clinic has 27 private residences in three categories — Elegant Rooms, spacious Executive Suites and private apartments. The average programme lasts 28 days. An international, multilingual team of physicians, psychiatrists and therapists treats depression, anxiety disorders, burnout, eating disorders, and substance and behavioural addictions. Medical leadership: Dr Randolph Willis, Medical Director, psychiatry and addiction medicine (University of Lausanne), and Dr Victor Leroy, Clinical Director, addiction psychiatry (Lausanne University Hospital).
Each programme begins with an extended admission assessment, including genetic and nutritional testing, and continues with individual and group therapy and structured relapse prevention. The Body Mind Source wellness centre and a Medical Spa with an infinity pool complement treatment, while Serenity Space — a secluded retreat reached through a mountain tunnel — is designed for recovery. A family programme is available for loved ones, either as outpatients or as a six-day residential course.
